We collect as little as we can. No analytics, no advertising trackers, no tracking cookies. Here is exactly what we do process.

When you visit this site
The site runs on Cloudflare. To deliver pages and prevent abuse, Cloudflare processes your IP address and technical request data. We keep those logs briefly and use them only for security and troubleshooting.
Your language choice (EN or NL) is stored in your own browser (localStorage). It never leaves your device.
The uptive letter
- What: your email address and language choice.
- Why: to send you the letter once a month.
- Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We use double opt-in: you are only added after you click the link in the confirmation email.
- Who processes it: we send through Resend (Resend, Inc., USA). Resend stores your address on our behalf under a data processing agreement and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
- How long: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Every letter has an unsubscribe link.
When you email us
Email to our @uptive.io addresses is handled by Google Workspace. We keep those messages as long as we need them to help you and follow up.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, take it with you, and withdraw your consent at any time. Email hello@uptive.io and we will respond within a month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
We don't sell data and we make no automated decisions about you.
